"Catch and Release to the Hot Grease"
At Loon lodge we encourage catch and release, but do realize every angler needs a bit of that "Vitamin G" you can only get from the grease of a traditional Canadian shore lunch. For an extra $35 per person we'll release a few fish to the grease and fry it up over an open flame.
